52-10  Quiet Private Room

This Private Bedroom is on the third floor. 

​

The unit is completely furnished with a full-size bed (54" x 75" ; 137 x 190 cm.). Additionally, we provide linens, all cookware, and eating utensils.

​

It shares a very clean Bathroom and Kitchen with two other tenants. Soaps and toilet paper are provided as well.

​

There is a Coin-operated Washer & Dryer ($1.50 per load), with a coin changer in the building. Laundry detergent is free.
